This role was created to accelerate the portfolio transformation for our Foods & Refreshments (F&R) business in Myanmar, Cambodia & Laos (MCL). In this role you will be responsible for creating the F&R future portfolio based on market trends and consumer insights and lead international cross functional teams to deliver innovation and renovation projects OTIF to make the MCL business fit for the future.Main Accountabilities:• Lead the portfolio transformation strategy and execution for F&R MCL• Be the F&R expert in our team with strong category (cuisine, ingredient, behaviour) and consumer insight and foresight to create strong and relevent 6Ps for every project• Lead project teams and networks effectively from product ideation to in-market deployment across the region by strongly collaborating with cross functional colleagues• Create brand and product stewardship (packaging design, communication, in-market execution) and lead the marketing and sales teams towards strong launch plans and on the ground activations • Manage research and design agencies• Responsible for managing budgets with the country marketing teams Key Skills:• Category strategy development• World class mix development• Building relationships and influence to effectively lead and deliver across the cluster• Complex project management skills• Analytical skills
• Bachelor or Master degree in any discipline• 5 years + Marketing experience in FMCG industry• Mature and accountable• Proven track record in brand development and brand building• Solid experience in leading cross functional teams and complex project management• Ability to use MS Project• Good command of written and spoken English & Myanmar• Passion for food, drinks and ice cream
