- To achieve sales target by all brands
- To plan marketing activities for all brands (Yearly, Quarterly, Monthly)
- To have good execution of the marketing activities
- To acquire new customers
- To grow the existing customers through promotion activities
- To analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
- To have proper recording of the marketing expenses
- To ensure marketing expenses is within the budget
- To work with merchandising to work out demand forecast to prevent out of stock and overstock
- To have prompt action on nearly-expired items
- To have excellent in-store display for our brands (increasing facing & Prime Location)
- To timely feedback of product information and activities/pricing of competitor
- To have good understanding/the desire to learn the knowledge of the product under the company

Job Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma in Sales & Marketing
- At least 8 years of management level experience in FMCG Field
