• Originate, evaluate, negotiate, and implement the new business plans, partnerships, M&A and other investments
Strategy
• Provides support on strategic corporate projects to identify, evaluate and recommend opportunities for growth
• Develops insights on industry trends, landscape changes, and competitive threats in order to surface new business opportunities for consideration
Origination
• Foster and maintain relationships with the potential/existing business partners
Execution
• Analyze industries, companies, and business in a variety of strategic business development projects, including emerging business partnerships,and joint venture opportunities
• Support board of director through market analysis, model building, key financial indicator, cash flow projection and development presentation
• Provides estimate of margin and cost from the proposed deal and review whether the proposed margins and costs are in line with budgets and strategies
• Investment memo & appraisals
• Envision and execute ad hoc research projects to assist opportunity evaluation
• Support the full cycle of corporate development activities, from opportunity evaluation and idea generation to cross-functional planning and fund raising, due diligence, execution and integration
Convincing Stakeholders
• Establish, manage, and maintain relationships with all stakeholders (both internal and external) for the execution on strategic initiatives

- Bachelor Degree, preferably in Finance and/or Accounting, or Economics
- Strong financial, analytical, valuation, and negotiation skills
- Minimum of 5 years previous management consulting, corporate finance, investment banking or corporate development experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Myanmar and English
- Strong analytical capabilities and previous experience developing data-driven analyses
- Highly collaborative: should embrace, support and practice a collaborative style which goes beyond relationship building
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Adaptable, flexible and with the ability to balance multiple projects / priorities
- Integrity, reliability, initiative and ability to meet tight deadlines
