Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Be a coordinator between sales office and sales field at distributor side by participating in change management/ people engagement activities in the assigned area.
• Providing inputs, suggestion, proposals from field tolerated projects, activities.
• Track Distribution and Visibility performance of Distributor Executives within the area sales meeting, and give suggestion for improvement or solution.
• Be the central decider for Monthly Distribution award for field sales.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or higher preferably in Business or Marketing
• Minimum two years of relevant experience (preferable in FMCG)
• Good skill in written and spoken English Good command on both written and spoken English and local language proficiency
• Good leadership skills and able to manage multiple tasks under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment
• Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating
• Self-driven personality, result oriented and good analytical skill
• Computer literacy esp. Microsoft Offices & Outlook
