 Planning and executing civil projects
 In-charge of overall implementation and completion of project in accordance with the local regulations and requirements
 Responsible for efficient use of resources and ensure project is completed within contractual schedule, scope and budget and make sure all work comply to authorities’ requirements as well as implementation of safety regulations to ensure safety compliance
 Prepare work schedules and monitor project costing, work progress and coordination with all parties involved to ensure smooth work progress
 Planning, design and day to day running of construction projects undertaken by the company
 Coordinate & liaise closely with relevant authorities and clients on all project matters and attend all site meetings and inspections
 Perform on site inspection on project materials delivered by suppliers and manage documentation for head office submission
 Manage changes in project scope, identify potential crisis and develop contingency plans to prevent disruption to business operation
 Other ad hoc duties as and when necessary
 Knowledgeable of foundation and all C&S works
 Liaise with sub-contractor and consultants for the execution of works
 Ensure timely delivery of projects according to schedule
 Updating of project records for reporting purposes and submission of reports
 Attend site meetings and resolve technical/ operational issues independently
 Undertake ad-hoc duties to project execution
 Oversee all site projects operations, functions and requirements
 Coordination, supervision & monitoring the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering

 Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Civil Engineering
 At least 3 years of working experience in civil projects & relevant experiences
 Proficient in MS Project, MS Office
 Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
 Possess strong initiative and good analytical skills
 A committed and responsible team player with pleasant personality, independent and resourceful
 Meticulous and able to meet tight deadlines
 Able to commit long working hours if required
 Advantageous to possess Class 3 driving license
 Able to work in a fast paced environment
 Prefer bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin speaking associates)
 Those who can start immediately or within a short notice period will have an added advantage.
