- Designing and supervising construction projects

- Estimating costs and personnel and material needs, preparing proposals and establishing completion dates.

- Demonstrating expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

- Relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

- Preparing and compiling drawing and documents.

- Coordinating with M&E- Discussing with clients and developing proposed architectural designs.

- Planning the maintenance tasks; such as corrective, preventive and predicted maintenance actions of the whole project.

Job Requirements

Holder of B.E (Civil), B.Tech (Civil), AGTI (Civil).
Can use AutoCAD 2D, 3D, Internet & Email.
Minimum 5-year experience in related field and work experience in Civil Work or Steel Structure building construction field is highly valued
Those with Int’l experience are more preferable.
Good knowledge of Computer application.
