Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

-Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent
-Preferably with IP concept and knowledge m including overview of IPV4, IPV6
-Preferably with knowledge of routers and various routing protocols
-Knowledge of radio Network planning and operations
-3 years RF engineering experience working with radio communications systems,including LTE radio propagation modeling and prediction
-Ability to propose end-to-end solutions for LTE systems, with ability to advise on coverage , throughput, and networking and interface requirements
-Good understanding of 3GPP development in relations to 4G releases and beyond and spectrum assignment requirements
-Experienced in designing LTE solution with complementing technologies (i.e. wifi) to increase capacity of the system
-Exposure in working with vertical markets like Government Agencies, Ministries, Transportation, Energy and Nature Resources would be an added advantage
-Preference will be given to those who possess relevant field of LTE integration
-Projects and strong project implementation of wireless communication solitions

Job Requirements

-Collect and analyze customer requirements
-Acquire network data and information
-RF optimization and system performance engineering for a LTE network
-Perform daily operation and maintenance cehcks for radio Network Controller (RNC),
-LTE Systems such as routers & eNode B and other RAN elements
-Develop, implement and maintain processes/ procedures for daily operations, system configuration, backups and maintenance activities
-Perform troubleshooting, system analysis and provide resolution for system and network related issues pertaining to LTE RAN systems in a multi-vendor environment
-Implement recommendations for network optimization improvement
-Undertake networks performance improvement (KPIS) and optimization tasks
-Perform commissioning, integration, expansion, implementation & reconfiguration of LTE RAN elements
-Perform software upgrade for LTE RAN systems
-Perform standby duties on a rotational basis (24 *7)
-Perform Schedule maintenance and planned night works after office hours to avoid and minimize downtime to service
