- As the Senior Engineer- IP/MPLS Core you will be responsible to produce IP design and solution for Internal Core Services (IT and BSS/OSS), IP/MPLS Core, and Data center Networks.
- The Senior Engineer- IP/MPLS Core will also be responsible for providing operational support for the carrier-grade infrastructure. This role also requires creating and maintaining all network documentation to reflect the current and planned state of our network.

Core Responsibilities:
(1) Responsible for assessing user requirement and producing the layer 2 and layer 3 IP core service design and solution for customer service such as DPLC L2VPN, L3VPN, IPLC, DIA.
(2) Responsible for planning, designing, implementing, optimizing core data center and service integration with the multi-vendor environment (Huawei, ZTE, Cisco and VM Ware)
(3) Responsible for planning and designing IP backhaul and IP/MPLS core services, designing and integrating the services with NMS and ensure all the services are properly monitored
(4) Coordinate and supervise with internal and external stakeholders ensuring all necessary inputs are captures, designed and implemented on time,
(5) Supervise IP/MPLS Core infrastructure project roll out and drive vendors design, installation, integration, standalone/system acceptance, and handover to NOC,
(6) Create and verify acceptance test procedures and performing testing and FAC/PAC, integrate the services with NMS and ensure all the services are properly monitored, creation and that technical documentation and diagrams for various services/CPE setups are kept up to date
(7) Review and assist in the creation of dashboards, reports of KPIs and report to the management,
(8) Drive the IP Core/Data center network improvement/optimizations programs and follow-up with NOC for creating WO/Implementations
(9) Provide expertise regarding QoS solutions per application and per customer,
(10) Provide opinion and technical expertise on optimizing the internal core solutions in case if the standard solution does not apply
(11) Responsible for rolling out all projects under of MPLS, Core Nodes, Datacenter, and another back haul/routing requirement, network Expansion, NNI according to annual operation plan,
(12) Coordinate project roll out and support activities on a detailed level with the vendor to complete the project deliverables and handover to SA/NOC,
(13) Study and evaluate the new features, services, and technology of IP MPLS Core, routing protocols, IPv6, security and other core services and participate in technical RFP preparation, technical clarifications and vendor discussions and meetings.
(14) Provide remote and local technical support and troubleshooting to customers and partners

- A minimum of 6 or more years of experience in IP network planning, design and Operation with WAN or Service Provider technology from physical up to the network layer

- Good working experience in configuring IP MPLS and Data center equipment

- Good understanding of interoperability issues between vendors and troubleshoot protocols such as BGP, ISIS, OSPF, IPV4, NAT, IPSec VPNs, VLANs base standards, etc,

- Hands-on experience in complex routing troubleshooting, BGP, ISIS, OSPF, VPLS, IPV4 MPLS LSP,

- Project management and good communication skills

- Good understanding of:
* IGP Routing Protocols, MPLS, and TE
* Data centers, Firewalls, and Security functionality
* IP RAN Backhaul using TE/FRR with complex scenarios on Core.
* MPLS and MAN network Architecture and protocols

- Good working experience in integration of IP Core and DC elements with multiple OSS/NMS systems with a minimum CCNP or equivalent certificate from other vendors
