Job Description

1. Managing the department independently, Good in mathematical calculation and Follow and comply of ISO System

2. Supervising the engineers and staffs, Guiding and suggesting changes,requirements and necessities.

Training the newly joined employees and educating them about the company policies, rules, and their duties

Ensure proper safety policies for the employees

Evaluate subordinate according to their intellect, work skills and punctuality

3. Interacting with the internal and external effectively

Plan work according to management's instruction, requirements and manage the time

4. Knowledge about management

Ensure proper safety policies for the employees

Job Requirement

1. Graduated Technology University (BE/B-Tech) (Mechanical or Electrical)

2. Over 5-years experience in related field

3. Basic English knowledge and computer literate in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook Email

4. Have strong personality, interpersonal skill and communication skill

5. Motivate and able to communicate with all levels of employees

6. Accessible to work in Mingalardon Township



Working Hour - 08:00 AM to 17:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

- 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Saturday)

Overtime - Yes
