VCS is currently looking for a full time senior head hunting consultant to join the already existing team here in Yangon. The responsibilities of this role is to head hunt senior level executive candidates who match the job specifications supplied to us by our clients. There will be some sales involved as naturally you will be networking through a range of C-level members of staff within other companies who very often will be looking for the services we provide.

Responsibilities;

• Search for senior level candidates relevant for open positions
• Interview candidates to find out if they are suitable for the role
• Reference check candidates where possible to get 3rd party opinions
• Short list and introduce candidates to clients
• Being able to talk to the clients having a full understanding of the candidates experience
• Managing and setting up interviews for the candidate with the client
• Gaining feedback from the client and relaying the information to the candidate
• Obtaining an offer for the successful candidate from the client
• Negotiating the offer until both parties agree and everyone is happy
• Maintain relationships with both client and candidate on the lead up to start date
• Continue to maintain relationships making sure what you have done for the client is satisfactory.
• Maintain a network of people via a database, keeping everything up to date


Requirements;

• Educated to a degree level in business or a related field
• International experience preferably in the ASEAN environment
• 2 + years’ experience in the executive search industry
• 2 + years’ experience in a sales environment
• Excellent communication skills written and spoken in English, Burmese language would be a benefit
• Excellent organisational skills
• Personable
