Cooperate with Log Assistant to clear daily container move EDI error in time.
• Forecast & Manage Stock

Monitor daily container inventory & stock summary.
Monitor full Idle stock cooperated with import desk.
Control FIFO basis for Empty release from depot to keep minimum dwell time.

• Manage Maintenance & Repair

Accurate checking on depot estimate and damage photo in iMars before repair approval.
Analyse damage condition before deciding repair approval to reduce the M&R cost.
Investigating depot repair quality & time whether or not to meet CC's M&R Criteria.

• Inter modal Service
Cooperating with sale team to achieve shipments.
Dealing with Truck vendors to keep secure routing.
Communicating with customers for the require process.

• Support Logistics activities

Carry out depot survey on M&R process and quality of services in weekly basis and reporting to manager.
Manage GOH booking and preparing require documents to communicate with vendors and ARO logistics to get approval & start operation.
Follow up with GOH vendors and depot for the smooth operation.

• Reporting
Weekly Lifting, Monthly GOH & M&R reports for ARO/HO.

Operations
• Manage load/discharge list

-Dealing with feeder operators to get berthing/sailing information, load / discharge list in time.
-After checking require data, produce load / discharge list from LARA cargo and send respective POT.
-Prepare container list for empty repo transportation, customs expected load list and send them to depot, tracking services and feeder operators.

o Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
