Ensure execution of Field Sales Plans & Activities for Nestle total Business to deliver sustainable channel growthEnsures Distributor Field Sales Team sells according to all channel customers to meet sales target and market share objectives. - Ensure breakdown of sales target by channel with alignment with Distributors Branch Manager - Trade management - ensure execution by Distributor sales reps. - Promotion evaluation - Ensuring territory coverage 100% by the sales team.Winning with Customers - Advisory role to retailer, understand business owner needs and ensure customer intimacy. - Review & manage the performances Loyality program. - Managing the top 150 outlets in their respective area ( Gold Program ) Leading Field Sales team and ensuring Operation Best Practices - Leading and managing Field Sales Executive/Managers - On the job coaching / ICE training of Field Sales team - Leading and ensuring implementation of activities, promotional campaign, new product launch, merchandising standards to Distributors Field Sales via review with DistributorGather insights & information market intelligenceInterface between Distrubutors Field Sales team, Merchansiding team - Ensure and monitor full compliance of keys skus by Field Sales - Ensure and monitor timely implementation & promotional activities by Field Sales - Ensure and monitor implementation of planograms in per NCVP Merchandising Guidelines by LTP Field Sales. - Ensuring and monitoring of customer database maintenance on a regular basis - Ensuring and monitoring of compliance on Journey Plan.
Job Requirements: - Minimum Degree in any related discipline - 2-3 years in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs. - Demonstrated ability to lead people - Capacity to understands all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, Field - Had experience in managing Field Sales team- 100% mobility (must be able to travel frequently, company will compensate for the whole trip)- Selling FMCG products would be an advantage
