-The Senior Finance Manager will report to the CEO and will be primary responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, managing and controlling of all financial-related activities in the company. The person will be directly responsible for the day-to-day accounting and finance management including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, job costing, accounting, financial management reporting, and compliance.

Responsibilities
• Provide leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short- and long-term strategic financial objectives.
• Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate financial statement and position analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.
• Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance and Accounting functions of the organisation.
• Prepare monthly financial and investor’s reports for management and investors respectively.
• Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.
• Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets, consolidation and monthly and year-end reporting of the company.
• Provide recommendations to strategically enhance the financial performance and business opportunities.
• Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with Myanmar accounting standards (MAS) for financial and tax reporting.

Requirements
• A Bachelor degree preferably in Accounting or Finance or ACCA.
• Minimum 10 years accounting and financial experience preferably in the retail or trading industry and at least 4 managerial experience as head of department.
• Must have good computer literacy skills and experience with accounting software.
• Strategic mindset, strong leadership and good presentation and negotiation skills.
