Job Description
• Main responsible for budget planning and forecasting
• Distribution of financial resources of the company tangible and intangible
• Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information
• Regular reporting and advising to Management
• Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses and cash flow etc.
• Assisting financial related matters in business development, new product development, investment, expansions and product/cost life cycle.
• Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets
• Analyzing future financial trend and review
• Able to do full set of Accounting
• The Ability to train and develop Team members
• Must set guideline and procedures for Accounting department and related stakeholders

Qualifications and Requirements
• Must have a financial related degree or diploma.
• Minimum Experiences of 5 to 10 Years with related background
• Necessary to have an analytical mind
• Strong negotiation skills and relationships building skills with internal or external parties
• Commercial, competitors and market awareness
• Must possess strong cost based accounting background or experiences
• Good reporting and presentation skills
• Attentions to details
• Ability to work under pressure and competitive environment
• Able to meet deadlines and tight time schedules
• Proficient in Advanced Excel and Pivot Table
• Factory related background will be a plus
• Ability to use Peachtree Software will be advantage
• Should be able to work at Shwe Pyi Thar Industrial Zone (Wartayar)
