Job Description

- Monitor performance and take appropriate actions to ensure effective use of the team’s resources to improve organizational productivity & efficiency.
- Liaise with Internal/External auditors.
- Assist to country CFO for any additional projects and analysis as needed.
- Implement and monitor compliance with the company’s financial policies.
- Analyze the overall profit center, cost center and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plan.
- Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
- Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments and other financial needs of necessary.
- Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purpose.
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.

Job Requirements

- Proven experiences in Manufacturing/Service industry & Distribution business to handle all sort of financial statements & daily Cash & bank operation.
- Prefer Master Degree in finance, accounting or economic.
- Professional qualification such as CPA/IFRS/ACCA .
- Proven experience as a financial Manager over 5 years.
- Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and business.
- Proficient user of finance software and SAP system.
- Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills.
- Able to manage, guide and lead all team members to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and English are essential.
