Job Descriptions for Senior Government Communication Officer
1. Monitoring legislative and regulatory actions at the federal and State levels related to company interest
2. Summarizing and analyzing the impact of legislation and rule making
3. Contributing to written and oral legislative updates
4. Assisting with the preparation of policy priorities at the federal and State levels related interest , including the facilitation of a committee meetings of policy makers
5. Assisting with efforts to conduct outreach and education for elected officials at the Ministry , State and Local level
6. Developing correspondence and educational materials to conduct outreach with elected officials
7. Anticipate conditions , plan ahead , establish priorities and meet schedules
8. Apply analytical techniques in the collection , summary and analysis of information for use by management in the decision making process
9. Communicate clearly , concisely and effectively , both orally and in writing with regulator and parties that involves
10. Determine solutions and formulate recommendations
11. Develop and evaluate data
12. Encourage professional excellence among industry and promote an organizational culture of customer service , innovation, and quality services
13. Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others including District personnel and those representing the media, government and public affairs
14. Evaluate the public relations value of information
15. Identify the characteristics of target audiences and determine the most effective communications techniques for reaching and motivating these groups
16. Independently plan, develop ,coordinate , organize , implement direct and evaluate a comprehensive public affairs and governmental relations program
17. Learn the missions, goals and policies of the regulator and vision of the board and management
18. Prepare effective reports , correspondence and presentations
19. Present information on a wide variety of subjects using the full array of written , oral and visual formats and techniques
20. Present informative and persuasive concepts effectively , verbally and in writing
21. React independently and promptly to situations and events
22. Recognize critical elements of problems
23. Seek and achieve the understanding and support of individuals or groups with different or opposing points of view

Job Requirements

2. Any degree holder (prefer with public relation and International Relation
3. over 5 year experience in relative filed ( Prefer in Telecom field)
