Job Description

- Responsible for overseeing and managing the recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding processes from end to end
- Collaborate with management to implement standardized feedback and objective performance evaluation procedures
- Maintain data integrity in HR information system and analyze trends on leaves and working hours
- Proven effective conflict management in collaboration with multiple stakeholders to deliver a consistent employee experience
- Coordinate with Finance team to perform payroll activities
- Lead/assist ad-hoc administrative tasks including but not limited to, sending annual gifts, handling various logistical needs of the company

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in human resource/people operations field
- Demonstrated ability to work comfortably with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other IT expertise
- Strong communication and conceptual problem solving skills
- Business English is a plus
- Experience in implementing employee development programs will be an added advantage
