o Responsible to manage overall HR related processes for the organization
o Salary up to 2,500,000 MMK and other benefits


About the Company

Our client is one of Myanmar’s growing food & beverages Companies that distribute high quality consumer goods in the market.


The Role

Handle full spectrum of HR functions for the Business

● Responsible for overall HR strategies that helps to enhance operations of business efficiently
● Manage and control full spectrum of HR functions such as Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits, Learning and Development, Employee Relation and Performance Management
● Review and give suggestions to management for improvement of the organization’s policies, procedures and practices annually
● Implement a human resource information system that meets the organization’s personnel information needs
● Report directly to HR Director and responsible to manage up to 7 staff

Job Requirements

● At least 15 years of working experience and minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior management level with related background
● A bachelor’s degree is a must and other qualifications in HRM will be a plus
● Good command of written and verbal English
● Ability to multi-task
