HR Strategy
o Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
HR Compliance
o Manage payroll including timely lodgment of staff’ personal income tax and SSB
o Maintain employees personnel records including performance management
o Maintain HR company procedures that comply with Myanmar laws and regulations
People Development
o Assist management with delivery of learning and development programs
o Support the line managers to develop KPIs for the team
o Implementation of performance appraisal system
o Lead and implement staff social activities and engagement programs
Retention and Recruitment
o Plan and manage the recruitment process
Policy and Procedures
o Establish a compensation and benefit framework including KPIs with senior management
o Review and update the employees handbook in accordance with business needs
Management Reporting
o Produce HR monthly reports and report to BOD / management regularly

Job Requirements

• Bachelors’ Degree, preference in business or HR related fields
• Prior HR qualifications are essential
• 7-10 year work experience with minimum 5 years in a managerial position
• Confident in English (verbal and written) and effective communicator
• Previous experience developing and implementing HR strategy
• Ability to manage various teams / deadlines / projects , manage upwards and be part of the senior management team
