-Work with SU Shipping on Shipping documents required for Imported SKUs- Manage SU to send Document in time to UAPL for UAPL Invoice- Check Import Documents & follow up SU Shipping/UAPL to make sure correct documents & on time documents before passing to clearance agents for custom clearance.- Work with Importer/Clearance Agent to make sure shipments clearance on time for sales- Tracking shipments OTIF : ETD, ETA, Clearance & Good Receipt at CDC- Tracking performance of Importer to confirm Incentives for Importer- Check & sign on accuracy of Clearance Cost claim from Importer- Work with Warehouse on Containers receipts plan- Do Reports related to Import Shipments (Shipment OTIF, In transit stock confirmation to Finance…)KPI- Document OTIF for Clearance- CCFOT- ZBB on Demurage Charge/Detention Charge
-Any bachelor’s degree and more prefer Supply Chain/ Logistics Management holder.-Minimum 2 years of working experiences in related filed (Custom Clearance, Import/Export Logistics)-Experiences in communicate with Local and Foreign Suppliers.-Good command in English.-Be able to use Microsoft office especially in Excel and Word.-Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.-Team player.-Good time-management skills.-Great interpersonal and communication skills.
