JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Senior/ Information Security Analyst, together with your team, you will be responsible for incident response, vulnerability management, and security awareness training for the entire company. In this role, you will need to stay on top of the latest threats and trends that are relevant to corporate information security in order to keep all of Yoma Bank’s systems, endpoints, networks, and accounts secure.

KEY ACCOUNT ABILITIES:
- Develop, implement and automate strategies, creating and tuning tools and rules for detecting and re mediating malicious activity
- Security Operations: It's important to detect security incidents before they cause material damage to the business. Your will prioritize, analyze and drive alerts to resolution. - In the event an alert is identified as a security incident, you will kick off Incident Response
- Detect, respond to, investigate and re mediate security events, driving all aspects of an incident to closure
- Solid understanding of vulnerability management
- Perform retrospective analysis using network, host, memory, and other artifacts from multiple operating systems and applications
- Strategically define and implement additional detective capabilities or data sources to improve telemetry
- Participate in enterprise-wide operations to hunt for adaptable and previously unknown threats
- You are expected to drive incidents to resolution quickly through pre-deployed infrastructure, products, automation and playbooks, not one-off manual SIEM queries

Knowledge & Skills
Essential
- Partial knowledge of, and hands-on experience performing incident response
- A passion for spreading security awareness to everyone you meet & have a interest in web security
- Problem solving capabilities
- Understanding of internet security issues and the threat landscape
- Knowledge of UNIX and TCP/IP network fundamentals
- Operating systems internals and hardening with an emphasis on endpoint security (Linux, Windows, mobile platforms)
- Can do attitude

Education & Special Training
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science/IT or Technology.
- Relevant Security Certifications.

Experience
Essential
- 3-4 years of security experiences
- Significant experience leading or participating incident response, vulnerability management, and security awareness training in fast-paced environment
- Experience collaborating successfully with security, compliance, and IT teams
- A vision for what a successful security operations program looks like and the maturation steps necessary to achieve this state

Desirable
- Experience in the Banking sector is a plus
