• Oversee the day-to-day functions of the IT Support Department and Develop strategies
• Train entry-level employees that will allow them to be on the same level as the team.
• Deal with situation when server is down. Deal with client and figure out what is the core problem.
• Import & Export data into the software. Convert files to software format. Export to software. This is crucial work to be handled carefully.
• Customer Service
• Maintenance for all computer.
• For technical skill, assign his team member daily assignment that relate to networking department
• Learn new software and solve system errors.

Key skills:
• Complete knowledge of Networking Department
• Know how to check Network Status, Fortinet firewall, Servers in Datacenter (especially Domain Server), Device connected to network, wifi status, Unifi Controller, etc.
• Strong in Technical Communication with Client, Service Providers & Foreigners in English.
• Know how to update DL and MO, know how to recover lost data from software
• Server Installation Knowledge for Software and Solution manager module
• Good customer relationship with every staff in client site.
