Duties:
- Design and develop document and data management software using the latest technologies
- Learn and apply best practices of high-quality, highly-reliable software
- Coach junior developers
- Define software development methodologies in collaboration with management
- Monitor new technologies in software development and how they can benefit the company

Job Requirements

Must have:
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a professional environment
- At least 4 years professional experience
- English level: at least B2 on the CEFR scale (upper-intermediate level)
- Java, Spring, functional analysis experience, good communicator
- Quality-conscious, able to work in a team, able to take initiatives, creative

Nice-to-have:
- Team leading or coaching experience
- Knowledge of any of the following is an advantage: Maven, Eclipse Linux, XML, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, XSLT, XQuery, XML Schema, Docker, OpenAPI/Swagger, Git, Angular 2+, JUnit, Mockito, SCRUM, XP, Agile, Kanban
