• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in software development (Preferred on Mobile Application and/or FinTech & IoT business but not necessary).
• Good interpersonal communication, high responsibility, self-learning, self-motivated, dynamic, enthusiastic to explore new technologies.
• Experience in MS office, Remote Access software.
• Age not over 28 years
• Customer service mindset, hard work and positive thinking.
• Good communication skill in English both writing and speaking.

Job Requirements

• To gather the software development project requirement about from customer, and propose the solution along with design to customer through a consultative approach.
• Need to work together with oversea development team on existing project and support from local.
• To handle Pre-sales projects during the solution presentation, POC/demo processes, and proposal preparation.
• To perform system integration, implementation, configuration, and deployment of FinTech & IoT solutions.
• To provide technical support for maintenance contract and projects under warranty.
• To perform troubleshooting, resolve technical issues, and escalate the issue to vendor support team while retain ownership of customer issues until it is completely resolved and accepted by another individual.
• To perform professional services jobs as required.
