Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

-Developing productive long term relationships with MT customers

-Creating long term strategies with the client.

-Act as a main contact for existing and new customers

-Reaching sales targets, strike rate, must sales rate & visited rate

-Preparing & Reaching new product/brand distribution forecasts and plans

-Continuously review & improve sales team routing & productivity.

-Coaching & recruiting sales person.

-Closely cooperating with other departments involved with your accounts on operation matters such as delivery, on shelf availability, expiry, hygiene & etc.

-Develop plans to build-up weighted distribution in each region/city/or town in coordination with trade marketing / client management, and follow-up to achieve timely & effective implementation.

-Develop in-store visibility plans in coordination with trade marketing management; and follow-up to achieve timely & effective implementation.

-Initiate & develop annual marketing plan/s as per the strategy & guidelines set and agreed with Client management and trade marketing team; follow-up on implementation; and report back progress & any recommendations to change or amend.

-Play a central role in steering Key Account Management in coordination with respective client & trade marketing management; with aim to continuously improve share of shelf vs. competitors and to amplify impact of product visibility on consumers.

-Company products being Impulse products it becomes imperative to place company products on checkouts, in category, and occasionally in selective out of category.

Job Requirements

-At least 2 years’ experience in Key Account Management or related working experiences in FMCG Field.

-Degree in Business Management or relevant

-Key Account Management, interpersonal, negotiation, communication, ability to generate idea & ability to prioritize and manage several different tasks at once

-Fluent in English (4) Skills.

-Good in Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
