• To manage the HORECA key account’s day to day process and plan to achieve the monthly sales target for HORECA channel.• Planning for the customer activities and promotions plan with shopper and market insight to drive business and build equity.• Directly communicate and dealing to the 5 stars hotel outlets and liaising with relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of the HORECA activities. • To develop the whole operation of the HORECA, promotion sourcing and managing to HORECA executive to make all HORECA activities happen effectively at point of purchase.• To manage the whole operation and day to day process (ordering, delivering quality to customers , set the KPI for distributor , minimum stock cover …etc) in DT of HORECA distributor. • Managing holistic customer/ channel investment (shopper marketing, trade marketing)• To plan for the HORECA budget usage and monitor within given budget
• Bachelor Degree• 3-5 years of sales/ key account management experiences in related field/ FMCG is an advantage• Basic English communication skill (written and spoken)• An eye for detail, confident, disciplined, reliable, willing to learn and with a friendly personality• Able to concentrate for long period of time, handle pressure with high sense of confidentiality.• Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet and Email• Able to travel as per business needs
