• Develop channel strategy for Modern Trade based from overall sales direction for Myanmar market.
• Establish and maintain good business relationship in all Modern Trade customers while effectively negotiate trading & contractual terms with our current and new accounts.
• Focus specifically on how to build and improve the operation of Modern Trade channel as an image and advertising platform for the company's brands and develop execution standard to drive distribution and visibility.
• Leads and manages appropriate relationships with key stakeholders.
• Maintains expert operating knowledge of all company policies and guidelines.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (emphasis in Business, Sales, and/or Marketing is strongly desired).
• Minimum 5 to 7 years' experience in Consumer Relationship Marketing, Trade Marketing and Account Management.
• Field and retail sales experience in the beverage industry or other consumer products industries.
• Basic knowledge of retail initiatives (particularly Category Management and information-based selling).
• Advanced computer software proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Internet).
• Must be able to speak fluent English to communicate & report.
