•Negotiating leasing terms and all transactions.•Complete all new lease and renewal paperwork correctly, including related addendums. •Finalization of lease documents such as Quotation, Offer Letter and Lease Agreement, handover and Inspection related paperwork.•Correctly complete all lease applications, assist with application verification, and notify prospective resident of results in a timely manner. •Cold call prospective tenants and follow up on previous prospects in timely manner. •Maintain contact with tenants during their tenancy period to oversee their welfare and help resolve property issues together•Call or visit competitive properties to update market survey and keep abreast of market activity on a monthly basis. •Serving as first point of contact for people calling or visiting the community office, directing individuals to the appropriate resources. •Participate in ongoing client relations including telephone calls and business functions. Assist with tenant concerns or related activities as requested by management. •Contribute ideas to the Leasing Manager for marketing the property and satisfaction.•Update daily activity report, leases, cancellations, transfers, renewals, etc., and provide information to the leasing manager.•Completes guest card, enters all traffic, telephone calls and other daily activity into the computer. Follow up as directed. •Organize all applicable reports, leases, and paperwork for submittal. •Assist the manager(s) with Researching and analyzing the market trends, competition to find out better business opportunities•Research & Surveying about new location, customer traffic flow, customer data analysis for our brands•Assist in contact survey of the property market to obtain information on competing lease rates and other trends that affect occupancy and rent•Assist the manager(s) with management reports•To maintain a high standard of dealers customer service and care.•Demonstrates commitment to deliver outstanding customer service. •Takes ownership to personally resolve customer problems •Listens well, asks clarifying questions, and checks for agreement with customers. •Committed to following-up with customers in all instances in a timely manner. •Strong sense of accountability - ensures that you will do what you say that you are going to do. •Creates a personal connection with customers – smiles, warm greetings, acts friendly and respectful, listens. •To be aware of competitors, and market trend in the industry.•Any other tasks assigned by leasing manager and head of leasing
- Any Graduated/ preferable Economics or Business Administration. - Should have two (2) years of tertiary education, or its equivalent knowledge, experience, and skill set- Fluent in Computer Microsoft Office - Excellent Advanced Excel - Preferable Retail Market Experience- Set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently- Work in a team environment
