- Participate in accomplishing BCF’s Vision and Strategies in his or her responsible Branch.
- Perform to meet the loan and saving Targets of his or her responsible Branch.
- Search for clients who meet with the Standards of BCF.
- Evaluate and check the Loan application form including the important factors such as the members’ Properties, Fixed Assets, Income, Expenses and Characteristics.
- Prepare Loan application for the members who meet with BCF Standardss and report to supervisor to get permission.
- Be responsible to supervise, coach, mentor and check that the loan disbursement follows loan disbursement rules.
- Participate in collecting BCF surveys to get accurate results in a timely fashion.
- Make sure not to incur late repayment and report to supervisor if necessary help is needed.
- Make sure not to incur conflicts and problems from the clients and perform to meet each member’s needs with best service. If any conflicts occur, it should be reported to Compliance Department whose assistance should be sought.
- Work in the team and exhibit team spirit to the benefit of Branch development.
- Perform other staff’s tasks which is suitable to his or her position when necessary.
- Adapt quickly when there is a change in BCF rules and procedures.
- Build a strong relationship and communication with the Members.
- Take other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Any Graduate
- Age between 25 to 35
- Minimum above (2) years working experience in Micro-finance.
- Must be able to check financial and accounting.
- Good communication skill.
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office especially Outlook email.
- Able to travel if required.
