• The candidate will be responsible for undertaking administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.• The task of him/her to support budgeting and managing payment procedures. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. He/she will be self-motivated and trustworthy.• This level will be ensuring smooth running of our administration tasks and contributes in driving sustainable growth within the organization.• Assist in developing and implementation of the request of branches/departments and identifying the request of requirements related priorities.• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.• Excellent organizational and leadership skills• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities• Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management• Support budgeting and managing payment procedures• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
• Experience in Admin work.(especially in office management, asset management and event arrangement)• Diploma in business management• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point Presentation)• Bachelor’s degree in Economics and MBA preferable • 5-8years of Administration Management Role and knowledgeable in Accounting• Ability to communicate (verbal and written) in both Myanmar and English languages• Good Communication in Government sector and compliance process
