ROLE PURPOSEThe Operations Division is responsible for a smooth operation of all of Yoma Bank products. The HP Mid Office is a new team within Operations that centralizes tasks that must be executed for the establishment and maintenance of new Hire Purchase Loans that are applied for by the new online HP Dealer Portal. Most of these tasks were formerly performed by Yoma’s branch network, but with the introduction of new technologies, these tasks will be executed centrally, allowing our branches to focus on Sales and Service. The (Sr.) Manager of HP Mid Office will report to the Head of CAD and will drive the performance of the HP Mid Office team. RESPONSIBILITIESThe key responsibility of the (Sr.) Manager of the HP Mid Office will be the oversight of the team that drives timely and accurate fulfillment of new HP applications received via the digital HP Dealer Portal. The (Sr.) Manager of HP Mid Office will carry out the following tasks:- Responsible for capacity, capability and budget planning, as well as HR and Performance Management of the team members.- Identify obstructions in the process and suggest ways to improve the product and process to the Head of CAD, as well as the Digital HP Product Owner.- Adhere to Yoma Bank’s operational risk management policies.- Be the first line of escalation, together with the Digital HP Product Owner, for branches/ dealers/insurance companies/customers in case of escalations or contingencies.- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
