Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Attending site meetings with consultants;
• Study of M&E drawings details and coordinate M&E works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues;
• Review the project specifications and technical clarifications
• Review sub contractors M&E shop drawings
• Ensuring M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings;
• Inform Project Director or Project Manager on any technical / site problems arising pertaining to M&E works;
• Supervising the progress of M&E work on site;
• Reporting work progress to the necessary parties;
• Coordinate and arrange for testing and commissioning of M&E systems, including the handover of all warranties, Operation and maintenance manual etc.
• Coordination of sub-contractor’s M&E work and ensuring that the work on site is on schedule;
• Prepare combine services drawings and liaise with consultant and clients.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in foreign/local construction industry
• Degree/ Professional Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical or related studies.
• Knowledge in design and building project and relevant code of practice.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/ BIM software is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Project)
• Able to work as a team, assertive, independent and proactive.
