Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

-Have to write the daily to the superintendent of the project.
- Have to follow the total project schedule and manage the subcontractors to meet the schedule.
- Able to cooperate with other engineering fields (e.g. Civil work, Decoration work, LAN system etc).
- Able to stay at site 24 hours (if necessary).
- Able to program the mini schedule for daily and weekly.
- Daily site inspection and quality controlling to the subcontractor.
- Able to coordinate with Client Representatives.

Job Requirements

- BE (Electrical) or related Diploma/Certificate is preferred.
- Able to use minimum 5 years working experiences in M&E sector of Myanmar Construction Field.
- Good in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point and Auto CAD (2D).
- Able to speak and write English (intermediate).
- Able to take off the quantities not only for electrical but also for plumbing and sanitary materials.
- Understand the drawing well and supervise to subcontractor.
- Able to work contract types based on project.
