This role reports directly to our Marketing Director and is a key figure in the JobNet leadership team.

Job Description

• Assist the Marketing Director in the strategic planning and execution of marketing activities
• Plan, execute and manage special projects as directed by the Marketing Director
• Ensure that marketing team managers/and their reportees fully understand KPIs and implementation strategy of their various activities/events
• Provide advice and assistance to marketing team members (as required) to achieve deadlines or quality standards
• Oversee the accuracy and branding of all marketing materials prior to distribution and/or production
• Translate content (as required) into Myanmar language, ensuring that intent is maintained, and the tone of voice speaks effectively to the audience
• Maintain ongoing analysis of market insights trends and competitive activity
• Update the marketing budget when invoices are submitted for payment
• Check accuracy of expenditure request forms submitted by team members for approval
• Report all budget variations to the Marketing Director
• Ensure weekly reports by managers are accurate and timely
• Assist in the recruitment and induction of new department team members

- Proven previous experience in marketing at a management role
- You are passionate about quality and understand what great brands do differently
- Solid understanding of the marketing mix and brand building process
- Previous working experience in international organizations is an advantage
- Strong project management skills in result-based manners
- Fluent in English
