An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Development and implementation of the Brand strategy.
• Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products
• Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, budgeting and PR.
• Working closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations
• Assist to marketing director by guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team.
• Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team.
• Work closely with product management team to define marketing materials and programs.
• Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
• Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organisation.
• Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends

Job Requirements

• Experience in all marketing related functions and communication with around 5-7 years’ experience within an MNC environment.
• Experience with strategic planning and execution with documented business results
• Outstanding analytical skills and ability to structure complex business issues
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of both online and traditional marketing and can demonstrate ROI
• Have a strong commercial focus and an ability to successfully align with commercial teams and cross functionals collaboration.
• Exceptional leadership skills and a track record of developing marketing professionals with a strong people management.
• Must have Master/bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field
• Experienced IT user – MS Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook
• Fluency in English spoken or written
