The overall purpose of the job

1. To assist the Real Estate Business General Manager in strategic planning and target setting.
2. Lead the marketing team
3. Implementation of marketing plans, execution, and control

Main responsibilities
1. Propose and execute marketing strategy and marketing plans for all assets
2. Planning, directing and coordinating marketing efforts
3. Create brand awareness for Shwe Taung Real Estate and our asset portfolio
4. Understand and develop budget for Shwe Taung Real Estate, retail and office portfolio. Including Monthly expenses and revenue report
5. Overseas advertising campaign including advertising planning and management
6. Overseas production of marketing collaterals and on-site visual branding image of all projects
7. Manage third party agencies and contractors for design and production of marketing materials
8. Social media and digital content marketing strategy including project and corporate website. Strategy, manage and execution.
9. Conduct market research and identify market trend
10. Curate and execute marketing and sales activities to drive traffic and transaction for our retail malls
11. Seek and secure partnerships for branding and marketing campaigns or activities
12. Lead and manage the marketing team. Including guiding, discipline, training and monitoring
13. Any other tasks assigned by real estate business general manager

Qualification and experience required
1. University Degree in Business, communication or marketing
2. At least 5 years working experience in managerial role
3. At least 5 years Real estate marketing experience – marketing,
communication, PR strategy, planning, executions
4. Retail marketing/branding/PR/event experiences will be preferred
