❖ To provide installation, deployment and troubleshooting of server, storage, network appliances (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VMware, Microsoft & Linux servers, etc.). ❖ To provide network troubleshooting, operations support and escalations for the clients. ❖ Prepare project documents, reporting including customer troubleshooting assistant. ❖ Monitor and analyze the problem when fault happen. ❖ Prepare incident reports, including findings with analysis. ❖ Provide technical analysis, guidance and mentoring to less experienced engineers. ❖ Respond to incident calls and ensure the SLA to clients.
❖ Diploma or Degree with relevant subjects it IT or equivalent. ❖ Minimum CCNP (R&S/Security), MCSA/MCSE and should have good understanding of Routing/ Switching protocols, network security and DC infrastructure. ❖ JNCIA/JNCIP-ENT/SEC strongly preferred. ❖ Good to have working knowledge of Linux/Microsoft OS. ❖ Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills. ❖ Service-oriented, strong interpersonal skills and adaptable to a fast-paced dynamic environment. ❖ Must have strong troubleshooting skills. ❖ Must have extensive experience in a telecommunications NOC environment. ❖ Able to work any shift in 24/7 NOC environment.❖ Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience is preferred.❖ Knowledge in DC network design, planning, optimization and solutions for IP network equipment. ❖ Must have excellent communication, self-motivated, good learning and working attitude. ❖ Able to work with customers on resolution of technical issues under pressure. ❖ Able to communicate in English to various levels of client’s management personnel. ❖ Ability to lead and supervise NOC team.
