- Support all aspects of the network management process assuring requests, implementation and problems are delivered as required with no impact to the global communication environments.
- Responsible to provide proactive fault monitoring and expert level incident management for the entire set of products supported in the command center.
- Carry out preventive and proactive maintenance of equipment and monitoring of systems and services in accordance with agreed schedules and customer expectations.
- To provide service and infrastructure availability, ensuring systems and products are properly configured and maintained by performing all service & infrastructure operations activities according to standards and procedures or customer requirements.
- Perform troubleshooting and fault resolution of reported/detected faults by investigating the issue, identifying the cause and implementing the fix based on troubleshooting guides.

Job Requirements

-B.C.Sc, BE(IT), BE(EC) or equivalent.
- Professional certification in Cisco or Juniper.
- At least 3 years of experience in related field.
- Proficient in English.
