Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

-To provide installation, deployment and troubleshooting of server, storage, network appliances (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VMware, Microsoft & Linux servers, etc.).

-To provide network troubleshooting, operations support and escalations for the clients.

-Prepare project documents, reporting including customer troubleshooting assistant.

-Monitor and analyze the problem when fault happen.

-Prepare incident reports, including findings with analysis.

-Solving of server errors and faults.

-Replacing faulty network hardware components when required.

-Protecting data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measures.

Job Requirements

❖ Diploma or Degree with relevant subjects it IT or equivalent.

❖ Minimum CCNP (R&S) and should have good understanding of Routing/ Switching protocols, network security and DC infrastructure.

❖ Good to have working knowledge of Linux/Microsoft OS. Prefer MCSA/MCSE.

❖ Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

❖ Service-oriented, strong interpersonal skills and adaptable to a fast-paced dynamic environment.

❖ Must have strong troubleshooting skills.

❖ Able to work any shift in 24/7.

❖ Minimum 5 years of experience is preferred.

❖ Knowledge in DC network design, planning, optimization and solutions for IP network equipment.

❖ Must have good communication, self-motivated, good learning and working attitude.

❖ Able to work with customers on resolution of technical issues under pressure.

❖ Able to communicate in English to various levels of client’s management personnel.

❖ Able to travel local or oversea if require.
