 ခြင့္လက္က်န္မ်ား စစ္ေဆးရန္၊ လစာမဲ့ခြင့္ယူသည့္ ၀န္ထမ္းမ်ား၏ စာရင္းမ်ားအား လစာတြက္ခ်က္ရန္အတြက္ စာရင္းျပဳစုေပးျခင္း။
 လစဥ္ ၀န္ထမ္းလစာမ်ား အခ်ိန္မီေပးနုိင္ေရးေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္၊ နယ္ဆုိင္မ်ားႏွင့္ တစ္လအတြင္း Attendance မ်ားတိုက္ဆိုင္စစ္ေဆးျခင္း။
 လစာမ်ား မွန္ကန္စြာတြက္ခ်က္ရန္ကူညီေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးျခင္း။
 လိုအပ္ေသာ၀န္ထမ္းမ်ားေခၚရန္CV Scanning ျပဳလုပ္၍ စီစဥ္ေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးျခင္း။
