- Management and meet KPIs for POS team
- Liaise with branches to meet POS target and support them
- Outgoing personality and independently close the deals with POS merchants
- Training to merchants and team members
- Establishment of regular report for management team

Job Requirements

- Any Graduate (or) other relevant academic backgrounds (MBA degree holder/ International Graduate is preferable!)
- Have 3 ~ 5 years of working experience in Cards environment or similar experience in a marketing and sales environment (Experience in Bank’s
card business is preferable!)
- Have a customer service mindset to build relationship with merchants
- A creative thinker, outgoing and mature personality
- Can work under pressure and have a solid mindset to meet KPI
- Good organizational skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills and communication skills
- Computer literate and proficiency in English
- Myanmar Nationality Only
