• Unit test and TDD
• Specification documentation
• Managing tasks and meeting timeline
Selection step includes aptitude test, programming test, language test followed by 2 interviews.

Job Requirements

• Over 5-10 years of system development experience using Framework
• Manager/Team Leader experienced
• Finish project on time
• Excellent communication skill and team player
• Experience in managing a team for Software development project
• Must have English reading and writing skills
• Japanese language skill is not mandatory, but plus
