• Ensuring logistics are well managed such as Classroom allocation, timetable course materials, results, etc.
• Ensuring students’ data is up to date at all times
• Ensuring proper procedures is in place for cases like student withdrawals, deferments and transfers
• To ensure execution on processes & procedures aligned across all modes of programmes
• Students attendance monitoring and updating records promptly.
• Ensure excellent student support by meeting service standards internally and externally
• have to discuss with lectures for schedule
