• Take full accountability for the project performance in line with the Company Operating Framework and procedures
• Effectively manage employee’ performance on the project by ensuring they have clear roles and responsibilities
• Take accountability for the management of the project program and react accordingly
• Ensure Health & Safety and Zero Harm is a priority on all our activities
• Be conversant with all drawings, specifications and relate information for works package
• Mainly in charge of management of Electrical parts installation projects
• Manage the project site on a day to day basis of all matters and issues relating to the construction of the project as assigned
• Attend to all site meetings with owner, consultants & contractors on all matters related to the project operation and co-ordination Perform other duties as assigned
• Visit sites and supervise workers in the site
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

• Must be graduated in B.E (EP)
• Minimum 6 to 10 years of working experiences in M&E Engineering field.
• Knowledge and experience in ELV systems like PA, CCTV, MATV, Card access system and others
• Good team player & multi-task
• Committed, positive attitude, high level of initiative and meticulous
• Knowledge in AutoCAD 2D/3D would be an added advantage
• Able to start work immediately / in short notice and must be able to travel
• Good Knowledge in Design of Electrical/ELV Building Services
• Must be business conversational level in the English language
