Job Description

- Developing Budgets, Coaching, Supervision, Staffing, Project Management, Management Proficiency, Process Improvement, Tracking Budget Expenses, Self-Development, Planning, Performance Management
-Assumes responsibility for the efficient, timely and accurate completion of engineering functions, project deliveries and day to day project management
Serves as a general contractor on behalf of the client; initiates and negotiates bids
-Manages project work from project initiation through project closing.
-Effectively assigns work and supervises Project Managers, Project Coordinators and other resources as necessary
-Maintains effective communication and relationships with personnel and management within the Company, as well as with external clients and customers
-Meets project goals and deadlines
-All documentation/reports are accurate and complete
-Willing and able to work flexible hours (evening, nights and weekends)
-Willing and able to work in a high pressure and challenging environment

Job Requirements

• Relevant working experience and proven management abilities
• Effective communication skills and leadership qualities
• Degree in B.E ( Civil )
• At least 10-20 year(s) of working experience in civil engineering and building project Projects.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent. Job role in Management or Project Management.
• Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Email) must-have.
• Able to work under stress situation, Can work under pressure.
