1. Study the clients’ enquiries, discuss with marketing on the discrepancies on drawings / specs: proposed materials to quote if clients do not specify.2. Getting raw material costs from DS material price lists or getting quotations from the suppliers. 3. Taking off quantities if Bills of Quantities are not given by the clients. 4. Compilation of quotations.5. Quotation review after submission - Cost analyzing: substitution of materials, etc to meet clients’ budget / requirements without lowering our margin.6. Appointment of sub-contractors for joinery works, site installation, touching up, upholstery, etc.7. Preparing progress claim to DDS, payment certificate to sub-contractors and finalization account.8. Submission of VO works.
