အဓိကတာ၀န္/ Key Accountabilities
1. Project ရသည္ႏွင့္ တၿပိဳင္နက္ Contract အျမန္ဆံုးခ်ဳပ္ႏိုင္ရန္ Project တစ္ခုလံုးကို Calculation လုပ္ျခင္း၊ Estimate တြက္၍ Quantity Take Off ေဆာင္ရြက္ျခင္း။
2. Letter of Award (LOA) ထုတ္ေပးျခင္း၊ Contract ခ်ဳပ္ျခင္း။ Contract Document 1 set အားထိမ္းသိန္းထားရွိျခင္း။
3. Main Con, Sub-Con Specialist Contractor မ်ားႏွင့္ ေစ်းႏႈန္းမ်ားကို Best Price ျဖစ္ေစရန္ Negotiate လုပ္ျခင္း ႏွင့္ ေရြးခ်ယ္ျခင္း။

အေသးစိတ္တာ၀န္၀တၱရားမ်ား/Detail Duties and Responsibilities
4. Tender Drawing ႏွင့္ Document မ်ားျပင္၍ Main Contractor ႏွင့္ Specialist Contractor မ်ားေခၚယူျခင္း။
5. Project အတြက္လိုအပ္ေသာ Materials မ်ားအတြက္(လိုအပ္ပါက) Delivery အတြက္ Delay မျဖစ္ေစရန္ စီစဥ္ပ့ံပိုးေပးျခင္း ႏွင့္ Quotation ေခၚယူျခင္း။
6. Purchase Order မ်ားေဆာင္ရြက္ျခင္း ႏွင့္ Site Work done ႏွင့္အညီ Progress Claim မ်ားအားစီစစ္ Certify လုပ္ျခင္း။
7. Correct Information မ်ားရယူျခင္း၊ VO Work မ်ားတြက္ခ်က္ Justify လုပ္ျခင္း၊ Consultant, Client, Main Con, Sub-Con, Inspector မ်ားႏွင့္ပူးေပါင္းလုပ္ေဆာင္ျခင္း။
8. Financial View အရ Budget မ်ားဆြဲျခင္း၊ Project Final Account မ်ားလုပ္ျခင္း၊ Retention Sum မ်ား release လုပ္ျခင္း။
9. အထက္အရာရွိအဆင့္ဆင့္တို႔မွအလုပ္ႏွင့္သက္ဆိုင့္သည့္ တာ၀န္မ်ားကို ထမ္းေဆာင္ျခင္း၊ အစီရင္ခံျခင္း။

1. Bachelor of Engineering (or) Bachelor of Technology (Civil)
2. Auto CAD Software, Microsoft Project Management and Microsoft Office
3. Good communication Skill & Presentation Skill
4. အသက္(၃၀)ႏွစ္ႏွင့္အထက္ျဖစ္ရမည္။
5. လုပ္သက္(၃)ႏွစ္ႏွင့္ အထက္ရွိရမည္။
6. Quantity Surveyor ပိုင္းဆိုင္ရာ စီမံခန္႔ခြဲေရး၊ လုပ္ကိုင္ေရးအေတြ႔အၾကဳံရွိရမည္။
