Job Description

- To take care of sales within the network of retail stores in Yangon and outside of Yangon
- To pin point the strength and weakness of sales personnels and stores
- To analyze and report the sales performance based on different KPI
- To maintain the consistent supply chain
- To prepare analysis and proposal for marketing campaigns
- To monitor competitors' activities to adapt market requirements

Job Requirements

- Ability to lead and motivate the team to improve overall sales
- Able to perform under stress and multitask
- Ability to drive is a must
- Ability to work with other internal sales teams
- Able to travel outside of Yangon in regular basis

Degree in Business or Sales and Marketing is a plus

Minimum 15+ years in retail business

Ability to write and speak English is preferred
Sales management skills
Debts control and collection skills
Customer oriented
