6. Follow up, analyze, and evaluate the performance of the sales team.
7. Follow up, analyze, and evaluate the performance of each sales team’s strategy
8. Follow up, analyze, and evaluate the performance of each brand’s strategy
9. Based on evaluation and analysis from 6,7,8, provide improvement measures for 3,4 in order to achieve 1,2
10. Understand sales teams’ needs and delegates role to achieve optimum sales results
11. Provide daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly marketing report to Managing Director and Operation General Manager
12. Perform detailed marketing analysis for each sales region, customer segment, and product
13. Explore and propose new products to boost company sales
14. Analyze costs associated with marketing and sales expenses
15. Propose an action plan to reduce sales/marketing costs while achieving optimum sales results
16. Plan and execute online promotion through the company’s online platforms such as various social media and websites.
17. Organize events occasionally during expos and demonstration events
18. Plan and execute surveys with the sales team to collect raw data
Job Requirements
A bachelor degree of marketing and business administration or related field
Have over 5 years experience in sale & marketing management level
Have strong experience in sale management planning, branding, and new product development planning
Have making monthly and yearly sale target and implementing new sales plans and advertising.
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
