1. Prepares Sales Reports and annual Sales & Marketing Plan. 2. Responsible for Corporate and Travel Agent Sales for the hotel.3. Clear understanding of the hotels business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.4. Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly.5. Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.6. Develop strong relationships with on property front office team to ensure working in unity and always striving to achieve the same goals.7. Closely following up on all business leads within a 24 hour response time line to clients.8. Prepare, implement and compile data for the strategic sales plan, monthly reports, annual goals, sales and marketing budget, forecasts and other reports as directed/required.
QualificationsDesired Skills & Experience* Bachelor’s degree required* Requires advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the sales/marketing/hospitality profession* Minimum five years of sales and marketing in the hotel industry* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and property management systems.* Command of the English language both written and verbal* Strong media, presentation and computer skills
